I am a 46 year-old who has had problems with weight control since the birth of my last child. I am an RN working in home health care field. I have been on many diets over the years since my daughter is now 20, and have done well with some and bad with others. But over the years have continued to just put on more and more weight. I guess what really woke me up was when my granddaughter wanted me to get down in the floor and play with her, and I had to tell her I couldn't. I went home and cried. So I have to lose this weight not only for myself but for my family, I want to be around to see all my grandchildren and to be able to play with them.
My daughter, the same one mentioned above, has been following the weight watchers plan to lose weight is helping me and she actually set this website up. I need lots of encouragement so I am hoping to find someone to talk to in times of trouble.
